Week 4’s Recipe is Tomato Sauce

This Week’s recipe is for Tomato Sauce. This can be used on pasta, pizza, meatballs or any other tomato sauced based meal. This is a very useful alternative to the more expensive store-bought sauces.

The ingredients are as follows;

1 tbsp of olive oil

3 colves of garlic

2 tins of plum tomatoes

2 tsp of mixed herbs

1 tsp of oregano

fresh basil leaves (a small handful)

1/2 tsp of sugar

salt

black pepper
