We would like to thank the super folks at Cisco who graciously volunteered their time to bring a new lease of life to our catering room! For many years, Cisco have kindly helped us out with painting the building and their continued sponsorship and assistance is so appreciated by us at Ozanam House.
Many hands make light work! #cisco #csr #community #givingback

Before new term started, we took some time out to visit the 14 Henrietta St. Museum and learned about the varied history of early Georgian Dublin in all its magnificence and how later the street became home to the infamous, overcrowded and grim tenements which blighted much of Dublin for around 2 centuries.

Afterwards, had a bite to eat at krewe restaurant on the recently pedestrianised Capel St.
We are a community project operated by the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, based on Mountjoy Square in Dublin’s North Inner City. We provide members of the local community with a vital stepping-stone to learning and development, safety and encouragement.
We have developed a wide range of programmes aimed at addressing the many needs of the community. We cater for over 500 members, who access 600 programme places each week.
Our community members range in their ages, from two years old to well into their nineties!

Our front door needed some smartening up due to the regular wear and tear it receives. There were a few cracks and the paint was looking a bit tired. So Liam rolled up the sleeves and sanded it down, filled it in, added primer and a few coats of fresh paint with a lovelly gloss finish.
The door should be looking good for the next handful of years.
